What will my statement say?
If paid online, your credit or debit card statement will show a charge to PayFast.
EFT/Cash payments are paid into our bank account: Men's Locker.
Delivery Times
Orders will be processed and despatched the following working day and you will be advised of when your order will arrive. Deliveries by courier to all major South African cities normally arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Deliveries to outlying areas can take up to 3 working days.
Deliveries to most Post Office counters via Speed Services or PostNet deliveries usually arrive within 2 – 3 days. (NB Please take along proof of identity when collecting from your Post Office counter in case they ask)
Should any unforeseen circumstances cause delays, we will contact you immediately via email/sms and provide a revised shipping schedule.
What if you're out when your order arrives?
Under normal circumstances, the package will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days (weekdays only). If you are out when the delivery arrives, the courier will try and deliver the parcel the following day, you can also track your package or follow up with the information here.
If you work during the day, we suggest that you have the package delivered to your work address, or sent via PostNet, where you can collect your order discreetly after working hours.
What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
What your parcel looks like
All orders are sent in a plain padded envelope or bubble wrap inside a courier company/Post Office bag. There's absolutely no way of telling what's inside the parcel.
